1. Data Model: SAP IS-U / SAP CRM

Note: The billing and invoicing data is established only in SAP IS-U. CRM does not have the billing and invoicing data.

1.1. Business Object

Tri-Directional Relationship is maintained

· SAP CRM Business Partner

· SAP IS-U Contract Partner

· SAP SD Customer

· It is used to process business transactions in invoicing

· to control the following:

o Payment

o Bill creation

o Correspondence

· Contract is a transaction data in CRM and master data in ISU.

· SAP CRM Contract consist of header and item data (Document header and document item)

· It connects business master data (business partner, business agreement) with technical master data (connection object, premise, PoD)

· Contract item in the CRM is replicated as a contract in SAP ISU

CRM contains the connection object, POD + Premise and mapped to the IBASE.

Case 1: TMD exist in CRM and ISU. Just need to create the BP, CA and Contract.

1. Create new BP in CRM. This will be replicated in ISU.

2. Create new Business agreement in CRM. This will be replicated in ISU as CA.

3. Create contract in CRM. This creates contract in ISU. (In this case the TMD already exist in ISU). No switch document in this case.

Case 2: TMD exist in CRM and ISU. Need to create the BP, CA, Contract, Installation, Connection object, premise and POD

1. Create new BP in CRM. This will be replicated in ISU.

2. Create new Business agreement in CRM. This will be replicated in ISU as CA.

3. Create new connection object in CRM. This will be replicated in ISU.

4. Create POD in CRM. This will create POD and Premise in ISU.

5. Create contract in CRM. This creates an installation, contract and switch document in ISU.
