Worked in BP configuration, activity
management and other transaction configuration

Strong knowledge in CRM enquiries and
complaints and case management processes.

Strong experience in ISU CS processes such
as new connection, increase decrease connections, line alteration,
disconnection / reconnection, customer contact, contracts and Move-in /
Move-out.
·
Strong experience in ISU master data such
as business master data (Business partner, Contract) and
technical master data (Connection object, premise, device location,
installation and point of delivery)
·
Strong in CIC screen design configuration
·
Strong experience in CS/PM service orders and
notification
·
Strong experience in work management, roles
and authorizations
·
Hands on experience in material master,
service products, classes, characteristics, configuration profiles and object
dependencies
·
Hands on experience in PM technical objects such
as functional location, equipment, serial numbers and other PM
objects such as operation, permits, task list and operation
confirmation.

Hands on experience in notification tasks,
activity configuration, action box transactions and catalogs configuration.
·
Very good knowledge in SD sales documents such
as orders, quotation, DPR, DMR, billing documents and invoices
·
Very good knowledge in IDOC processing and
IDOC monitoring.
·
Good understanding in ABAP and have good
debugging and problem analysing skills
·
Hands on experience in LSMW
·
Very good experience with SAP integration with
other external systems such as JMS (Job management system), Maximo,
Streamserve, SoftCo and LAMS
·
Delivering Blue print designs, Functional
Specifications, Configuration Documents and System Configuration
·
Conducting regular workshops with client during the
project – BP/FS Design requirement/review workshops, testing workshops
etc.
