Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Responsible for the ISU CS processes such as new connection, increase connection, decrease
connection, line alteration, enquiries and complaints and customer interaction
center (CIC0) screen designing.

Done detail AS IS study and suggested TO BE
process in SAP. Engage with business to gather requirements and translate them
to design.

Writing of blue
print documents, functional specifications, test scripts, configuration
documents for all the processes mentioned above and ensuring the completion
of these documents with the right level of quality and suggesting the best
practices.

Complete configuration
for ISU CS and PM.

Handling ISU
Master Data objects such as business partners, contract, connection object,
premise, installation, device location and point of delivery.

Configuring TMD
templates to create the TMD automatically

interface with other legacy systems such as job management system, printing
